2. Preparation

We’ll advise you on how to present your home in the best possible way. And we’ll agree a plan to market your property to its full potential.

3. It’s on the market!

We’ll be advertising your property on all the leading property portals – Right Move, Zoopla and On The Market – along with our social media channels

4. Traditional marketing

We back up our online activity with a For Sale board outside the property, and a high-quality brochure to help you stand out.

5. Viewings and feedback

We arrange viewings at a time to suit you, and follow up with potential buyers to get their feedback.

6. Offers

We will keep you updated if you receive any offers, and help you with negotiations. Potential buyers are checked before their offer is accepted, to make sure they have the finances in place to buy your property.

7. Sold

Your home is sold! That means we found the perfect buyer for you. The work doesn’t stop there as we are on hand to help with the sale right through to completion.

8. Progressing your sale

We’ll keep a close eye on your chain, making contact with all conveyancers, mortgage brokers, agents and clients to make sure the sale moves forward as quickly as possible.

 

9. Time to move

The big day! The boxes are packed and the removal van is on its way!
