I’ve been part of Crucible Homes for over six years. At the time I was looking for a change or direction and never really expected to stay so long, but it’s a testament to how much I love my job and team.

My role is mainly focused on looking after the business administration, HR functions and management of contracts for services and supplies. Whilst I’m not customer facing I’m passionate about providing the best customer experience – whether that’s supporting my team or my interactions with other businesses, it’s always at the front of my agenda. I’ve always loved the housing industry and my role allows me to be involved with the management team in shaping the business.

My team are the best, I know people say it a lot but they really are, we are all so committed to the company and its values, it’s great to come to work and know we are all working to connect people with homes where they want to live.

I love being outdoors walking with my dog and getting together with my family & friends.
