Renting a home
We aim to make renting a property with us as simple as possible. Normally this process will be quick and we will keep you fully informed every step of the way.:
- Let us know which property you are interested in and we will arrange for you to view it as soon as possible. Sometimes one of our staff will accompany you or a landlord may show you round.
- If you decide that this is the home you want we will ask you to provide proof of earnings and some other documents to verify your identity and status. You will also authorise us to undertake credit checks on behalf of the landlord.
- Once these checks have been successfully completed we will arrange an agreed move in date.
- You will be required to lodge a bond (usually around the value of one months rent) and to pay the first months rent in advance.

- When you move in we will inspect the property with you and agree the condition. When your tenancy ends, you will be required to ensure the property is in the same condition. The cost of any repairs, beyond normal wear and tear, will be deducted from your bond.
