Our Promises
We want to offer an outstanding customer service at all times. Our aim is to consistently deliver on these promises that we make to all our clients:
- Your telephone call will be answered in a polite and timely manner
- If you contact us via the internet we will acknowledge your communication within 24 hours
- We will provide a telephone answering machine for out of office hours and messages will be responded to on that day or the next working day
- If we have to call you to re-arrange an appointment we will make every effort to speak to you personally
If you ask us to sell or let your property:
- We will send your draft brochure out for your approval within 48 hours of visiting the property and receiving your signed agreement
- We will send brochures out to prospective purchasers the same day they are requested, by first class post
- Should it become necessary we will make any amendments to your property details within 24 hours of your agreement
- We will make every effort to ensure that all information which is provided to you and to potential purchasers is correct
- If your property is empty we will forward your post to you when we visit the property
- We will keep you regularly updated on the progress of your sale or letting
- We will provide an out of office hours service for applicants to view properties
