With our fully managed service we offer an insurance backed rental guarantee for the first six months of the tenancy, as standard. This offers the Landlord a high level of security and this arrangement will also help with the cost of evicting a tenant should this become necessary.

- Preparing an initial inventory at commencement of tenancy
- Checking in tenants
- Undertaking six monthly inspections if required (providing written report if required)
- Preparing an inventory report at conclusion of tenancy
- Checking out tenants
- Transfering undisputed bond amounts to tenant and landlord
- Resolving bond disputes prior to independent arbitration
- Emergency repairs and maintenance service available by negotiation
