Commission Fee

You only pay us commission when we sell your property.

This is our full service option enabling us to take on all aspects of marketing, negotiating and progressing your sale. We will agree with you in advance the full extent of our fees and we will sign a formal agreement to that effect. Included in this is:

• Property visit, valuation and photography
• Online marketing
• Erecting 'For Sale' board
• Searching our database for potential purchasers
• Preparing and distributing sales literature
• Arranging viewings
• Accompanied viewings (if required)
• Negotiating with potential buyers
• Progressing sales contracts
• Commissioning HIP (extra charge for HIP)
• Dedicated Sales Advisor
